A FRESH project recovering, inventorying, documenting, and modernizing the archived HectaresBC geospatial data collection.
fresh-hectaresbc preserves and modernizes the archived HectaresBC geospatial data collection for British Columbia.
The project rebuilds access around reproducible catalog metadata, a DataLad/git-annex data repository, a Python API, a command-line interface, and a static browser catalog with map-preview routes.
The recovered payload set is managed outside the code repository in the UBC-FRESH/fresh-hectaresbc-data data repository, while compact catalog metadata, documentation, API tools, and browser-catalog code live in the main software repository.
